Financial controller

Scope of duties

• Prepare management reports for imaging business on a consolidated basis as well as regular deviation reports (incl. preparation of financial reports and KPI reports for Top-management)
• Identification of weaknesses in the financial process and initiate improvement projects together with the financial managers
• Support the establishment and monitoring of internal control processes to minimize risks
• Support the development and implementation of standard reports in SAP system to be used at for example HQ
• Monitoring the correct and common handling for budget processes among Europe
• preparation and review of consolidated budgets and forecasts
• Re-construct the budgeting process/system and monitor the achievement/deviation by cost centre and cost line
• Support the monitoring of the alignment of the actual business and flash sales model

Profile

• Successfully completed business studies with focus in finance/controlling
• Professional experiences as a financial controller
• Fluent English (verbal+written), other languages an advantage
• Excellent computer skills (SAP FI/CO module, MS Excell)
• Relevant skill to manage small projects
• Accurate and precise working style
• Ability to define and work on priorities
• Stress resistant and ability to handle high workload
• Team-player
• Able to deal and interact with people from different cultural backround (intercultural skills)
• Diplomatic and loyal personality
• Valid driver's licence
